step 1

 are we a good fit?

I love to work with committed, passionate and conscious brands that will allow me creative freedom according to your vision. Please have researched my work, process & prices, and lets be ready to commit to creating magic for your brand.

We will have an introduction call so I can learn all about you, your brand and the impression you want to make on your audience. We’ll talk about your creative vision, ideas and intention for your brand so I can become completely across your ideas and expectations, to ensure we’re a great fit!

 
step 2

 secure your spot in the calendar

Once we’ve had our introduction call, should you wish to proceed, I’ll send you a custom quote to be approved, a contract to sign, followed by an invoice requiring a non-refundable 50% deposit. This is due before any work commences and is my way of ensuring you are wholeheartedly ready to work together and committed to the process.

A date will be scheduled and the preparation of our time working together will begin.

 
step 3

 set the foundations

I’ll send you a questionnaire/s and additional resources tailored to your needs to ensure we have covered all bases about your business, audience and vision.

From this, I will create an in-depth project brief that will be our guidelines, inspiration and direction we will work towards for our time working together for your project.

 
step 4

 finalise all content

Once your project brief is signed off and ready to be implemented, you will send all your content through google drive or in an email so I can begin to work on your design. I’ll be relying on you to ensure your content is proofed and ready to go. This is an essential step as it ensures I have all the resources to start your project.

 
step 5

 design & refine

Now that your project brief is finalised, I will begin to create concepts according to the brief. I will send the first draft to you once I am confident in what I have developed for your brand, and will continue this process for both refinement rounds. You will have three business days to make and send feedback for both refinement rounds, and I will make changes until you are 100% happy with the outcome.

 
step 6

 launch & celebrate

Once you have signed off on any final designs, I will create a google folder or transfer your new designs to you to finalise your project, subsequent of any outstanding payments made. Once you have promoted your new brand, website or design, I will showcase it on my website and social media as I am always so proud and excited to promote my clients brands!

FAQ

When can we start?

I generally schedule clients anywhere from 1-3 months in advance to ensure a sufficient amount of time to discuss, prepare and organise all details for your project before commencing.
You can fill out my client application form here & I will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss your project further!

How long is the process?

Branding can take up to 4-6 weeks and websites take up to 6 weeks (12 weeks in total). This timeline may vary depending on the project.

How does payment work?

Booking in a project requires a 50% deposit to secure your spot in my calander, with the remainder paid upon completion, prior to delivery of your final files. Clients who pay in full upfront for a branding or web design package, receive a $500 discount.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! All projects require a 50% deposit, to hold your spot in my calander, with the remaining balance billded across the duration of the project. The dates and amounts will be highlighted upon signing your contract.

Is my deposit refundable?

No, unfortunately deposits are not refundable as this is my way securing your place in the calander. Due to booking projects months ahead of time, deposits are my way of ensuring your commitment to moving forward with the process.

Do you offer just a logo?

Unfortunately, no as I don't believe a single logo can encompass your brand's full story. I develop unique and strategic brand identities that leaves you feeling equipped with the all the asseets and confidence to launch your brand into the world.

What if I only want a website?

Typically, web design is only offered to clients have already completed one of my branding packages or, have an extensive brand guide created by another designer. Having comprehensive branding with a strong message, ensures your website is portrayed sufficiently to your target audience.
If you have a brand identity you already love, let's discuss further & see what that could look like.

Can you create my design faster?

Possibly. Each project timeline is created to give enough time for research, designing and refinement rounds. In some circumstances, turning your project around faster is a possibility if the situation and requirements allow. A rush fee may apply depending on the deadline / complexity of the project.

What isn't included in your pricing?

• Font licenses • Additional revision rounds (3 or more revisions are charged at $100 per round) • Website Hosting & Subscriptions • Copywriting • SEO (basic SEO is included in the Brand & Website Package) • Brand Photography/Image Sourcing • Printing Fees
